F.A.Q.’s

Have some questions? We’re here to help!

  • Not at all. While the Intensive is geared toward working artists, it's open to creatives at all stages of their journey—whether you’re just starting to explore immersive work or looking to deepen your practice.

  • Comfortable clothes you can move in, a notebook or journal, and an open mind. We'll provide any specific materials needed for workshops.

  • We’ll have coffee and light refreshments available throughout the day. Meals are on your own, but we’ll share a list of our favorite nearby spots in Downtown Miami—and you’ll definitely find some folks to grab lunch or dinner with.

  • Housing isn’t included, but we have partnered with the nearby Yotel for a discounted rate. There are plenty of other hotels and Air BnBs in the downtown area.  See our Travel Tips section above.

  • Yes. All venues used for the Intensive, including MDC Wolfson Campus, are fully ADA accessible. If you have specific access needs, let us know—we’re here to support.

  • To get the most out of the experience, we highly encourage full participation across all four days. That said, if you have scheduling conflicts, reach out and we’ll see what’s possible.

  • Cancellations made before May 10, 2025, are eligible for a full refund minus a small processing fee. After that, refunds are not guaranteed but may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
